Description

Hand fan. White card stock with a floral border of red flowers interspersed with yellow flowers. Two scrolls, side by side, with text are framed by flowers on three sides. Below scrolls is printed heart outlined in blue with a yellow banner and three red roses inside. Flowers are hand-painted. The card stock is set within the forked-end of turned-wood handle; tine on front is short while back tine extends nearly the entire length of the card stock. Handle is varnished.
